As the building is already complete, bond repayments will begin once the property is registered in your name and the transfer process is finalised.

Levies at Black Brick Bedfordview cover elements such as:

  • Security and access control systems
  • Communal water and electricity (where applicable)
  • Refuse collection and cleaning of communal areas
  • Maintenance and upkeep of shared amenities, including the pool, gym, coworking spaces, and landscaped green areas

  • Administration and management by the Body Corporate

In addition to levies, owners contribute to Black Brick management costs, which vary by ownership type:

Residential owners

  • A club membership fee for access to amenities and nationwide Black Brick Club facilities

Hotel operation owners

  • Pay the same base levy as residential owners, plus a hotel management fee that covers operations such as housekeeping, staffing, and guest services

Yes. Each apartment includes one parking bay in the purchase price, while two-bedroom units include two bays.

  2. An agent will contact you to confirm availability and send through the sale agreement
  3. Sign and return the agreement
  4. Pay your deposit to the transferring attorney, if applicable
  5. Apply for finance through BetterBond or your preferred bank
  6. Once bond approval or proof of funds is secured, your purchase is confirmed

  • A R10,000 reservation fee secures your unit (refundable only if bond finance is declined)
  • A R50,000 deposit is payable within 7 calendar days of signature by the developer
